2008 Fall Conference and Exhibit Show Print Email

Join the New York Aviation Management Association October 1-3, 2008 at The Crowne Plaza LaGuardia for the Association's annual fall conference hosted by The Port Authority of NY & NJ. The conference will feature sessions addressing the State Aviation System Plan, Crisis Management, New York City Capacity Enhancement, and Rates and Charges and Minimum Standards. Special guest Dr. Bruce Holmes, Chief Strategist of NextGen systems for DayJet, will speak during the luncheon banquet on Aviation’s Emerging Network.

The conference features an exhibit show providing opportunities for airport managers to network with vendors, consultants and suppliers in the aviation industry. Anyone wishing to reserve a display table must do so by completing the registration form and returning it to NYAMA Headquarters.

NATA President James Coyne is confirmed to join us on October 2, 2008! He will speak on "Reducing Aviation's Carbon Footprint."

On October 1, 2008, NATA representatives will be on hand to facilitate discussion during our FBO Peer Review Conference: Issues Facing FBO’s for officers, owners and general managers of FBO’s.

This Peer Review Conference is the first time in NY history that FBO’s will come together to define action on these issues. We need everyone’s participation to define the most important FBO challenges and issues that may be incorporated in the 2009 legislative initiatives for NYAMA.
